Big Energy Saving Network (BESN)

BESN is made up of local community groups and charities that can advise on energy saving in the home, how to understand their bills and available support to help vulnerable households stay warm and lower energy bills.

We deliver advice to vulnerable consumers on energy issues where the primary aim is to help vulnerable consumers but additional support provided can include help:

• with energy debt
• to access assistance such as the Warm Home Discount
• to access energy efficiency schemes.
• Help contacting a supplier regarding complaints, or other issues such as metering or billing problems
